Renters FAQ's

Can a tenant re-paint the home?

At Lake Michigan Homes we want you to feel at home and stay as long as the relationship is mutually beneficial. However, our policy is to leave the residence as is

Can I hang pictures in the residence?

Yes! In accordance w\ the agreement in the signed lease.

What day of the month is Rent due?

Rent is due on the first day of every month. Late fees will be applied monthly if: Rent is paid after the 3rd- $35 Rent is paid after the 10th- additional $50

How much is the security deposit?

Security deposit will equal 1 months Rent

Can additional occupants stay on property with tenant?

No. We do not allow additional occupants who are not approved on the rental application and agreement to reside at the property longer than an overnight / weekend visit.
